Do not use this cream if:

How to use this cream

HOW TO USE THIS CREAM
Always use this product exactly as directed.
Dosage and application:
• Apply a small amount (pea-sized or as needed) to the lower abdomen
• Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed
Frequency:
• Use 2–3 times daily, from 1st or 2nd days before your menstrual cycle begins for best
results
• Do not exceed recommended usage
Method:
• For external use only
• Apply to clean, dry skin
